With individuals, I focus on addressing cognitive errors and irrational thought patterns, helping clients develop adaptive and positive thoughts. My therapy combines CBT with behavior-based techniques, meditation, and mindfulness methods to support clients in: Understanding themselves better, Letting go of harmful emotional patterns, Achieving personal goals.

I also specialize in treating: Depression, Panic Attacks, Anxiety,Burnout, Trauma-Related effects,Relationship issues, ADHS and Eating Disorders

Couples and Families:Using advanced training in Gottman Method Family Therapy (Level 1 and Level 2), I help couples and families learn healthy, nonviolent communication skills and strengthen their attachment bonds.

Adolescents:I support teenagers facing mood and behavioral challenges, providing tailored therapy to meet their unique needs.

Additional Expertise: I also treat anger management issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and provide individual dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
